Responsibilities

Create military simulation scenarios
Assist in the planning, designing, evaluating, and execution of simulation-supported training events
Assist with resolving interoperability issues pertaining to exercise systems
Assist with system configuration requirements
Test and troubleshoot exercise system hardware and software to ensure minimal downtime of systems
Analyze and document flaws in database configuration and implement corrections
Assist with training soldiers on using components of the simulation platforms and Command and Control Information Systems in support of training exercises
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties to support client requirements

Qualification

JLCCTC experienceSimulation database creationCommandControl SystemsMicrosoft 365 proficiencyForce structure knowledgeU.S. Army Logistics experienceCompTIA Security+ Certification

Required

2+ years of experience with the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)
2+ years of experience using Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word
Knowledge of force structure to design simulation databases that meet doctrinal requirements
Knowledge of Command and Control (C2) Information Systems
Ability to create JLCCTC or DXTRS simulation databases
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Preferred

Experience with the U.S. Army Logistics
Experience working on a battalion or higher headquarters staff
Bachelor's degree
CompTIA Security+ Certification
