Responsibilities

Inspect finished and in-process cards using visual checks and precision measurement tools
Identify defect causes; mark, sort, and stage items for rework or secure destruction
Prepare non-conformance reports and maintain inspection records
Enter inspection and production data into PC systems and Microsoft Excel
Operate inspection fixtures, hand tools, and basic material handling equipment
Perform first-line equipment troubleshooting and escalate as needed
Support productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement activities

Required

1+ years of quality assurance or fast-paced inspection experience in manufacturing
2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role

Preferred

2+ years of experience in PC-based data entry and Microsoft Excel for production records
Familiarity with card personalization, lamination, and secure handling procedures
