Responsibilities

Build & Own the Partner Program
Continuously optimize Cloudstaff’s Strategic Partner Framework, including:
Partner tiers and entry criteria
Commission and incentive structures
MDF policy and ROI governance
Enablement and certification pathways
Ensure the program is simple, scalable, and commercially compelling for USA/UK partner
Drive Partner-Led Revenue Growth
Own and deliver the partner-sourced revenue and seat growth target for the USA/UK markets
Identify, sign, and activate high-impact partners across priority verticals such as:
Accounting & Finance
Technology & SaaS
Professional Services
ECommerce & Marketplaces
Real Estate, Insurance, and Healthcare
Build relationships with partners operating in staffing, outsourcing, EOR, and B2B platforms (e.g. Xero, Intuit, HubSpot, Shopify)
Activate, Enable & Scale Partners
Build scalable partner onboarding and enablement, including:
Sales playbooks and partner kits
Certification and training pathways
Deal registration and partner workflows
Ensure partners are confident positioning Cloudstaff and actively generating pipeline
Commercial & Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as the commercial bridge between partners and Cloudstaff’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery)
Support partners through deal qualification, pricing alignment, contracting, and execution
Remove friction and keep deals moving quickly
Performance, Governance & Insight
Track partner performance using dashboards covering:
Pipeline and revenue
Seats closed
Cost of acquisition (COA)
Partner NPS
Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top partners and provide clear reporting to senior leadership
Monitor competitor ecosystems and continuously refine the program through test-and-learn initiatives

Required

5+ years' experience building and leading partner, channel, or alliance programs in: BPO, outsourcing, or staffing
5+ years' experience building and leading partner, channel, or alliance programs in: SaaS or tech-enabled services
5+ years' experience building and leading partner, channel, or alliance programs in: B2B platforms or ecosystems
Proven track record of carrying and delivering a sales / revenue target
Experience working with USA and/or UK partners and buyers
Strong commercial acumen—comfortable managing revenue, COA, ROI, and forecasting
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-growth environment
Builder mindset—you enjoy creating structure and momentum from the ground up
Commercially sharp and outcome focused
Confident communicator who can operate at both partner and executive level
Data-driven, pragmatic, and accountable
Comfortable working across time zones and cultures
