Site IT Operations Manager
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Site IT Operations Manager to lead end-to-end IT and OT operations for their manufacturing site. This role involves ensuring IT/OT applications and infrastructure run efficiently while driving continuous improvement and supporting supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Lead the deployment and review to ensure digital technology is operational and within the company standards
Define new technology and processes that address needs and can be scaled to other sites/operations
Implement a robust IT organizational change process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages
Apply ITIL, project management, engineering, and leadership skills across different teams at the site to align plans, solve problems, and deliver results
Contribute to the site digital master plan, differentiating business models and a secure operations environment with new technology and processes
Address operational incidents and problems for digital manufacturing and distribution technology at your site
Ensure IT Continuity planning (infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery) is in place
Build organizational capability while delivering upskilling initiatives for digital technology
The Plant Cybersecurity Leader (Information and Infrastructure Security)
Engineering (OT applications & infrastructure)
Plant Digitalization Champion (Plant IT/OT portfolio & priorities)
And various support functions from our Shared Services Organization (e.g. IT and Application support teams, Network Infrastructure support, Cybersecurity teams, etc.)
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Management Information Systems, Computer/Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations Research or Statistics (or like degree or equivalent experience)
Teamwork and Vendor/Partner Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate within a highly matrixed organization. Recognized by peers as a strong team player who fosters collaboration across various teams, functions, and organizations
Leadership: Proven capability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up-like environment. This role will be instrumental in refining the responsibilities associated with this position and in identifying the necessary work and business processes to ensure operational excellence within a plant setting
Project Management: Strong proficiency in delivering small to medium-sized projects with a high degree of rigor. Capable of demonstrating solid project management skills, including project planning, team charters, stakeholder gate reviews, and risk and cost management
IT Security and Risk Management: In-depth awareness of cybersecurity requirements within the industry, along with the ability to support P&G's Cyber Security organization in driving initiatives focused on safeguarding information security for the company
Preferred
Understanding of IT infrastructure (Network, Voice, PC, Servers etc.)
Solid understanding of IT operations (Incident, Change, Problem Management)
Experience in leading and managing projects
Experience in providing IT infrastructure support
Understanding of Cybersecurity and Business Continuity
