Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking ambitious individuals to join their Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team to engage with new and prospective customers. The role focuses on customer engagement, lead nurturing, and educating customers about AWS services to facilitate their cloud journey.

Responsibilities

Build an AWS leads database by interacting with customers by phone, email and/or live chat
Respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest
Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases
Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
Actively leverage AI to catalyze your productivity and globalize any break-through solutions through structured scaling programs
Opportunity to be part of a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better customer experiences

Required

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
1+ years of Salesforce, Tableau, Vidyard, and Excel experience
1+ years of designing, building, and launching successful email engagement programs, specifically lifecycle/nurture programs experience

Preferred

Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project/production management
Experience in e-commerce, start ups, advertising, commercial
Experience using data visualization tools
