Responsibilities

Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders
Define the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline
Identify and communicate dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control
Define governance, outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and critical issue paths
Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to expected outcomes
Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle
Facilitate alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives

Qualification

PMP CertificationProject ManagementMS ProjectConsulting ExperienceBanking Industry Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent military experience
5+ years of project management experience in driving large-scale projects in a matrixed environment
4+ years of experience utilizing Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
5+ years of relevant consulting experience
Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States

Preferred

5+ years of experience in the banking, financial services, and/or software industries
5+ years of experience within a Professional Services department
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
