The State of Hawaiʻi is conducting a recruitment for the position of Insurance Licensing Clerk. Reviews applications and supporting data for compliance with insurance licensing requirements of the State; reviews documents required to be filed by individuals and agencies to determine continuing qualification for licenses; assists in scheduling licensing examinations and monitors and scores examinations; and performs other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Legal Authorization To Work
Experience which demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English
Ability to make basic mathematical computations, including percentages and averages
Graduation from high school, or equivalent, may be substituted for the experience
Three (3) years of progressively responsible office work experience which involved the performance of a variety of clerical work including the review and processing of material (e.g., forms, documents, etc.) for completion, accuracy and conformance to standards
