State Farm Agent is expanding and seeking a high-energy, sales-driven Life & Health Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role focuses on actively marketing and selling insurance products while building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities
Conduct needs-based assessments to identify coverage gaps and present tailored solutions
Confidently explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions
Provide support with applications, policy changes, claims questions, and follow-up
Nurture long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and carrier regulations
Stay informed on new products, underwriting changes, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (If you are missing one license, we provide full support to complete the process)
Excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for clients
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Preferred
Demonstrated success in sales—life insurance sales experience strongly preferred
Experience with insurance agency software is helpful
