Responsibilities
Responsible to serve as the client’s first, single and consistent point of contact
Participate in Project Level meeting with agreed upon schedule to include the client and representatives of Fiserv – audience to be determined mutually
Collate project information, accurately producing and presenting the following project-level reporting and tracking to appropriate audiences (Fiserv and Client)
Coordinate project activities, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide project execution and meet objectives efficiently
Communicate project updates, risks, and changes effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Identify and manage potential project risks, adapting plans as needed to maintain project success
Collaborate with stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of previous project management and/or relevant consulting experience
Utilization of Project Management tools such as MS Project, Visio, and Power Point
Flexibility to work after hours/on-call/weekends as needed basis
Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industries
Experience within a Professional Services department
Experience with agile project management methodologies
