Responsibilities

Plan, scope, and execute a broad range of inspections of Finance Operations controls and processes to drive a continuous controllership culture
Preparation of findings and engagement with stakeholders to complete action items
Identify risks in our processes and work with the appropriate owners to mitigate risks
Participate in ad hoc assignments as needed

Qualification

Risk management experienceLean principles / Six SigmaProject management experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyStakeholder engagementLeadership skills

Required

6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
5+ years of program or project Management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Master's degree or equivalent
