Munters Corporation is seeking a Finance Business Partner BA/Division Region or Global Business Line. The role focuses on leading the Controlling Function for the Americas region and managing the Shared Service Finance in the US, ensuring effective business control and financial performance evaluation.

Responsibilities
Business Partner with Senior VP Region Americas
Support local Controllers as well as being member of the Americas Management Team
Monitor financial performance development, trends and deviations vs. LY, forecasts and Plans/Targets: growth, GM development, OH costs, OE, EBITA and working capital
Ensure on time quality reporting by all HCT Americas (US/Canada/Brazil and Mexico) entities
Work to improve operating cash flow development including holding OWC reviews with the various entities
Prepare material and hold business review meetings including following up of actions plans and strategies with the various entities
Prepare business review material for monthly reviews with the BA management, (taking into account both sales and production aspects)
Write monthly comments and explanation of deviations
Drive the planning processes such as monthly BO, forecasts, budget as well as long range financial plans/strategy planning
Secure high-quality business cases, customer order approval requests, capex requests and similar
Participate in and/or drive various projects, relating to reporting, process or business improvement projects, including ad hoc analysis
Be fully involved in all areas of the business agenda and fully support commercial matters to support profitable growth
Support M&A activities withing Americas region
Evaluate and improve current use of financial processes and systems
Lead Head of Shared Services and Management accounting
Ensure effective accounting for the Shared Services to safeguard company values
Ensure compliance with Munters Financial Manual (MFM) and other Group policies & procedures, IFRS and local standards, securities, and exchange regulations (if applicable)
Ensure internal and external control/audits on high quality level
Tax & Treasury and Risk handling
Ensure high professional standards in the tax and treasury operations in the legal entities
Oversee effective cash flow forecasting for the legal entities
Ensure tax issues in the legal entities are handled in compliance with local rules and Group requirements
Assist with bank signatures, loan waivers and legal documentation where required
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial management and business control
Strong analytical skills to evaluate operating data and detect business trends
Ability to partner with senior management on financial matters
Experience in managing shared service finance functions
Knowledge of Management Accounting, Investment activities, Tax/Treasury, and Risk handling
Experience in preparing business review materials and holding business review meetings
Ability to drive planning processes such as monthly BO, forecasts, budget, and long-range financial plans
Experience in ensuring compliance with financial manuals and group policies
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and oversee financial functions
Ability to support M&A activities within the Americas region
Experience in evaluating and improving financial processes and systems
Knowledge of IFRS and local standards, securities, and exchange regulations
Experience in handling tax issues in compliance with local rules and group requirements
Strong communication skills for transparent communication with corporate and business areas
