Specialties Project Manager
Nycom is one of the largest names in Laboratory Construction, specializing in interior construction for various markets. The Specialties Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of specialty construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Completing projects on time, within budget, and most importantly, satisfying our customers
Communicate accurately and in a timely manner with all departments within Nycom
Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out
Qualification
Required

Capable of understanding architectural plans and specifications; analyzing project scope; scheduling; purchasing; vendor follow-up; submittals; change orders; project close-out
Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction processes
Ability to learn and use construction-related software and digital tools, including common office computer applications
Preferred
Degree from a 4-year college, with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Experience in construction specialties is highly desired
