Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, deduction processing, inventory, and statutory reporting

Drive automation across all accounting functions to instill management by exception as a rule while providing additional growth opportunities for staff

Create and drive a culture of engagement, collaboration, and respect, where teamwork and active problem-solving result in continuous improvement throughout the company

Manage the month-end close process, maintaining reconciliation schedules, drafting trended and variance analysis timely

Establish and monitor internal controls to ensure that accounting activities are in accordance with established legal, regulatory and company policies and procedures

Support new systems and projects and implement them from strategic finance and internal control perspective

Required

Experience in managing all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, deduction processing, inventory, and statutory reporting

Ability to drive automation across all accounting functions

Experience in managing the month-end close process, maintaining reconciliation schedules, and drafting trended and variance analysis

Knowledge of establishing and monitoring internal controls to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies

Experience in supporting new systems and projects from a strategic finance and internal control perspective
