Responsibilities
Comprehensive Calendar Management: Coordinate, prioritize, and manage the principal’s personal schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between commitments
Travel Coordination: Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and last-minute changes
Personal & Family Support: Assist with family scheduling, appointments, and logistical needs for him and his wife, ensuring all personal affairs are well-coordinated
Collaboration with other members of their Support Team
Project Management of all sized projects having to do with the principal’s personal life
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of experience in executive or personal assistant roles, preferably supporting UHNW individuals
Must have extensive experience in travel and calendar management
Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Strong communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with the principal's team and family
Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency, adaptability, and professionalism
Thick-skinned and comfortable with concise communication styles
Tech-savvy with experience managing digital calendars, email systems, and travel planning tools
24/7 mentality required
Candidates must live in Central or Mountain Time Zones
