Providing clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients

Coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team

Assuming primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the team

Required

Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle to provide occasional transportation of consumers
