$198K/yr - $220K/yrBBOT is seeking an Associate Director, Strategy & Portfolio Intelligence to play a critical role in shaping the scientific and operational strategies of the company. The successful candidate will develop business plans and synthesize competitive intelligence, while collaborating across teams to provide insights into BBOT's portfolio.

Report into the SVP, Strategy & BD on business strategy, competitive intelligence, and special projects
Learn quickly the scientific, operational, and external-facing facets of BBOT programs
Set, prioritize, and manage milestones & deliverables
Interpret, synthesize, and communicate key data findings succinctly
Identify problems, locate the resources, and find data-driven solutions independent of supervision
Qualification
Required
PhD or MD from top-tier academic institutions or scientific undergrad with commensurate work experience
Strategic planning, operating, and portfolio management experience working with a close-knit team at a biotech startup or top-tier pharma
Experience in oncology, preferably with small molecule inhibitors and / or in the RAS space
Working knowledge of relevant CI databases and AI tools
