Summer Internship (Audiovisual Aide)
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) offers an exciting opportunity for students to serve as Audiovisual Aides during the Summer Internship Program. This role provides hands-on professional experience and exposure to careers in public service, particularly in the area of audiovisual production tasks and technical support.

Responsibilities
Testing projection equipment
Assisting with audiovisual equipment setups
Setting up wireless equipment to assist the hearing impaired
Responding to Senators' requests for technical support
Troubleshooting basic audiovisual equipment and software issues
Responding to internal and external customer inquiries and gathering data for reports
Qualification
Required
You must be a current student who meets the following requirements: Applications will be accepted from students who are at least sixteen (16) years of age by June 30, 2026, AND currently attending a high school, college or university
Students must have an academic background in information technology or a related field
All students must be U.S. citizens or a person who is lawfully admitted for permanent residence and is seeking citizenship as outlined in 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)(B)
You must be able to pass a drug test

You must meet the requirements for the summer internship
