Prepare for and attending trial
Manage eDiscovery throughout all phases
Assist with deposition and hearing preparation (exhibits, witness outlines)
Work on-site regularly
Qualification
Required
Paralegal Certificate (ABA approved) or attestation
a minimum of five years of paralegal experience in a California law firm or in-house legal department
eDiscovery knowledge in Relativity or a similar platform
Experience going to and preparing for trial
Ability to bill out time and meet an annual 1,575 billable hour requirement
