Qualification
Required
Completed MGSC 220 (Business Statistics) with grade of B or higher
Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, VLOOKUP / INDEX - MATCH, data validation, conditional formatting
Demonstrated attention to detail in academic or professional work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while following structured protocols
Preferred
Experience with data cleaning or research assistance
Familiarity with PDF text extraction tools
Prior coursework in analytics
Interest in labor economics or public policy research
