Channel Sales Manager
ABB is a global market leader focused on helping industries become leaner and cleaner. The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales to C&I customers, managing sales strategies, and maintaining key account relationships to maximize profits in the assigned geography.

Responsibilities
Conduct annual performance reviews for all C&I salespeople and create development plans, including technical and professional training
Manage a balanced sales scorecard, track BU performance, drive share growth in C&I segments, and implement regional C&I strategy within the geography
Maintain top local account relationships, lead quarterly reviews with Top 10 C&I customers, and serve as escalation point for commercial decisions
Collaborate with RVP and DSM to measure conversions and pipeline in SFDC, monitor distributor/customer conversions, product mix, and conduct monthly reviews of local performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or business administration or technical field
Minimum 7 years related experience
Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills with Senior Account Management experience
Understanding and experience with full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one-line and installation products)
Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
Preferred
Advanced degree desirable
