Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with assigned suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for overall delivery performance
Conduct regular review meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with supplier management to review open work-in-progress (WIP), delivery forecast, capacity constraints, and resolution plans
Schedule and conduct off-site supplier visits to build relationships with suppliers and conduct key business reviews as well as proactively manage and expedite open WIP orders to ensure adherence to committed schedules and contractual requirements
Identify and anticipate potential delivery risks or delays based on supplier performance, material shortages, or capacity issues, and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier commitments, delivery statuses, and performance metrics within internal tracking systems
Provide timely and accurate status updates to internal stakeholders, including Program Management, Fleet Management, Business Solutions, Engineering, and highlight critical risks and recovery plans

Required

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word)
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

Previous SAP and customer service experience desired
Previous aerospace or manufacturing industry experience or can be a plus
Demonstrated experience of taking initiative, driven, and pro-active work ethic strongly desired
Experience with data analytics is a plus
