Responsibilities

Lead workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to surface pain points, process gaps, and automation opportunities

Document business requirements, success metrics, and regulatory or compliance considerations

Map user journeys and surface opportunities for automation and AI enhancement based on firsthand experience and operational insight. Focus on users, existing systems / behaviors, and process changes

Translate client needs into concrete AI workflows, leveraging capabilities such as hyper-scale models, natural language processing, machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation

Develop solution blueprints, process maps, human-AI interface experience strategy or approach, and proof-of-concept outlines that align with the Contextual.io platform’s capabilities

Define project approach, critical timelines, and resource allocation to achieve goals. Not gantt charts….actual delivery coordination

Coordinate with AI Solution Engineers, Contextual.io platform team, and implementation resources to build, test, and refine AI solutions

Oversee configuration, integration, and deployment of data, connections and workflows on Contextual.io

Ensure data pipelines, training, and runtime integrations adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and performance

Establish testing protocols to validate AI outputs, workflow triggers, and end-to-end process flows

Drive iterative improvements based on initial results, user feedback, and performance analytics

Maintain transparent, regular communication with client sponsors and project teams

Coordinate with client to develop training materials, user guides, and change-management plans to ensure adoption

Stay current on AI trends, emerging tools, and industry use cases

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing—develop playbooks, templates, and reusable assets for marketing and thought leadership

Design, configure, and develop solutions, applications and automated workflows primarily using our designated low-code platform

Understand and translate user stories and business requirements into technical designs and functional solutions within the low-code platform across all necessary components

Develop custom functionality and integrations using JavaScript and/or Python scripting capabilities within the platform or via API connections

Configure platform components, data models, user interfaces, and business logic to meet specific project needs

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and potentially external clients to ensure solutions align with requirements and deliver value

Clearly communicate technical solutions, progress, and potential challenges to both technical and non-technical audiences

Test, debug, and deploy solutions built on the low-code platform, ensuring quality and performance

Create and maintain documentation for developed solutions and platform configurations

Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement using the platform's capabilities

Stay updated on the features and best practices of the low-code platform and related technologies (JavaScript, Python), demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning

Just Do It Mentality - This is a hands on role, not an academic function or someone who waits for others to say how and then follows along. We expect individuals who can sit side by side with design and development resources to deliver

5+ years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles delivering technology solutions, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation

Proven track record of leading end-to-end solution delivery (discovery through go-live) in a complex, enterprise environment

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts / patterns and hands-on exposure to AI platforms or frameworks

Familiarity with the Contextual.io platform—or comparable workflow automation environments—and strong grasp of integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, messaging)

Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate resources

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
