Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and requests by phone and email
Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options, and process necessary updates or changes
Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork
Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized client information
Other duties as assigned!
Qualification
Required

Great attitude and excitement for joining a growing company
Basic computer skills
Willingness to obtain Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance license (expenses paid by Vizance)
