Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records
Prepare medical record summaries
Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
Highly experienced in docketing and maintaining calendaring systems
Experienced in maintaining hard and soft filing systems
Well-developed writing and research skills
Experience in billing time
Ability to stay focused on numerous details while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Anticipating attorney’s needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions
Ability to work with limited supervision
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years' workers' compensation experience
Knowledge of Colorado Workers' Compensation regulations and laws
Proficient in DOWC and OAC rules and procedures
Obtain, review and analyze medical, financial, tax, and employment records, or any other relevant documents and records
Prepare medical record summaries
Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
Highly experienced in docketing and maintaining calendaring systems
Experienced in maintaining hard and soft filing systems
Well-developed writing and research skills
Experience in billing time
