Responsibilities
Manage the staff of the hotel during the overnight shift
Respond to guest requests and ensure standards are met
Ensure that staff are highly trained, motivated and supervised
Manage a variety of positions on the Overnight
Understand the hotel operation as a whole
Qualification
Required
Previous experience of 2 years required in the Hospitality Industry and Rooms Division, preferably with at least one year in supervisory role and Front Desk knowledge
Strong business acumen, work ethic and communication skills
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, sound problem solving ability and proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems such as Opera
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English required
Ability to develop and grow employees into Supervisory and Management positions
US work authorization is required
