Responsibilities
Processes invoices and payment applications
Processes credit card payments
Responds to customer calls and e-mails in a prompt and courteous manner
Resolves all accounts receivable issues with customers
Investigates denied and short-paid transactions
Adheres to monthly collection goals
Negotiates past due balances
Issues credit memos as needed and authorized
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or other related field
1 to 3 years of experience in business or customer service
Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with WorkDay and Salesforce
