Mid-Level Energy Analyst, CENTCOM
Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level Energy Analyst, CENTCOM, to support the government’s all source intelligence analysis of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). The role involves analyzing military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources, focusing on energy systems and their vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities
The Energy Systems team conducts all-source intelligence analysis on foreign energy infrastructure systems with a focus on electric power, fuels, and their vulnerabilities that risk energy security. This includes:
Electric power generation, transmission, and distribution networks, related/associated facilities and equipment
Oil and natural gas infrastructure associated with extraction, processing, distribution networks, and related/associated facilities and equipment
Energy security includes the ability of states to obtain or sell sufficient and reliable energy supplies to consistently support civilian activities and to conduct military operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience producing all-source intelligence analysis reports and briefings and input to IC databases or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
Preferred
3+ years of experience with transportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads/highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields
Experience with network development tools and methods
Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
Knowledge of the COMBATANT COMMANDS
