Qualification
Preferred
Associate's Degree - Healthcare or Business Administration
National Certification of CHAA upon hire
3 years - Experience in Patient Access of Business office setting. Experience with insurance eligibility systems
3 years - Utilization of medical terminology in job setting. Knowledge in medical billing codes
1 year - Knowledge of Epic applications
