Responsibilities
Serve as the product lead for identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management, setting vision, strategy, and execution plans. (Product Leadership)
Build, launch, and continuously improve identity data and lifecycle management capabilities to ensure Chase has the best identity stack in the industry. (Capability Development)
Collaborate closely with technology, design, modeling, and other stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure identity solutions. (Cross-Functional Partnership)
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. (Team Leadership)
Partner with the broader identity team to align on the overall identity roadmap and strategy, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of identity capabilities. (Strategic Alignment)
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a product leader in identity, data management, or related technology domains
Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, identity resolution, identity graph, and consent management
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing product teams
Experience leading large, cross-functional data infrastructure projects at large enterprises
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Demonstrated success in building and launching complex technology products, preferably in financial services or regulated industries
