Strategic Customer Representative

Responsibilities

Increase market share within a select group of customers and high-profile job sites
Increasing product awareness
Efficiency of the corporate account office
Evaluate new potential customers to the program
Manage the corporate accounts office
Serve a mentor/liaison role in the overall go to market sales strategy for the assigned area
Coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP

Qualification

Sales management experienceCustomer service experienceConstruction knowledgeComputer literateTeam collaboration

Required

Min 4 years previous sales management experience
Customer service experience required
Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specifications required
Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job
