Responsibilities
Candidates need to have at least 5 years of experience
Ideal candidates will have experience with companies and financial institutions on single plaintiff civil litigation and/or arbitration as well as other dispute resolution alternatives such as loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other loan workouts
Ideal candidate will work well as part of a team on related cases, including supervision by experienced partners, but must be capable of taking a lead role in independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, retaining and working with experts, attending mediations, and related tasks
It is critical that the candidate be capable of managing multiple cases at once, have strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellent legal work for our clients
Candidates must be licensed in Texas
Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills
