Responsibilities
Participate in a dynamic rotational program, working on meaningful projects with various HR teams, including Recruiting and Selection, Talent Development, and Learning
Help improve scheduling processes and enhance the candidate experience by collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth and efficient hiring operations
Support candidate scheduling and on-site interviews, while contributing to employer branding initiatives through social media engagement and developing partnerships with local and national organizations across multiple locations
Work on additional Talent Management projects based on business priorities, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions and strategies
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude to learn new systems and utilize alternative systems to improve processes
Comfort with utilizing Microsoft Office products
Ability to transition to FT for our 12-week Boston Summer Internship Program, starting June 1st through August 21st
Preferred
Prior customer service experience desired
