Responsibilities
Types and edits departmental materials
Prepares necessary pay documents and forms
Maintains appointment and meeting calendars
Answers telephone calls, screens and refers calls, and takes messages; provides information as appropriate
Composes and types correspondence with or without notes
Assembles various records to prepare periodic reports
Completes necessary forms to order and pay for items; maintains inventory of forms and supplies
Maintains a filing system, including confidential files
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent with 0 - 1 years of related experience
Must pass a skills assessment at the basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
