Processing transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency
Providing top-notch customer service and answer account-related questions
Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products or services
Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with security procedures
Assisting with ATM and night deposit transactions

Qualification
Required
At least six months of customer service experience — banking experience is a plus!
Comfortable handling cash and balancing transactions
Enjoys working in a team and building relationships with customers
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail
Able to handle difficult situations with professionalism
Ability to take positive and constructive criticism and apply it to the job
Eager to learn and grow in the banking industry
Comfortable using office equipment like computers, phones, and copiers
Reliability is key—punctual and present
Ability to navigate outside safely in case of an emergency
