Responsibilities

Ensures the efficient and consistent implementation of Broward Health's human resources policies, plans, and procedures by offering administrative support

Performs professional human resource (HR) related duties and collaborates closely with HR staff and management

Maintain, update, and organize hardcopy personnel records of both active and terminated employees in a timely manner

Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records

Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

Provide exceptional customer service support to employees and customers

Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager
