Required
2L law student (class of 2028)
Excellent writing skills
Excellent oral communication skills

Demonstrated interest in corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions
Ability to manage multiple assignments
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
