Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis and identify trends to support process improvement
Validate and update equipment processes, ensuring efficient performance
Devise and fabricate tools and equipment to boost production efficiency
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
Provide technical support to the production team to troubleshoot problems and improve manufacturing performance
Maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Devise and implement capital investment schemes
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is required
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
Demonstrated ability in process improvement and equipment validation
Familiarity with capital investment projects
CAD Design
PLC/HMI Programming
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in constructing and manufacturing tools and equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
