Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term vision for PET/SPECT products, ensuring competitive positioning in North America and global markets

Develop pricing and market access strategies that balance profitability and patient reach

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth and innovation opportunities

Build compelling go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, leveraging NDA, 505(b)(2), and ANDA pathways

Create branding, trademark, and promotional campaigns that differentiate our products in the molecular imaging space

Lead cross-functional launch planning with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams

Drive international growth by tailoring strategies to regional market dynamics

Collaborate with commercial teams to adapt positioning and promotional strategies for local markets

Identify strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities to accelerate global reach

Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on portfolio priorities

Present strategies to governance teams and influence decision-making at the highest level

Establish clear performance metrics and ensure timely execution of product initiatives

Qualification

Required

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Radiopharmaceuticals, Business, or related field

8+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in advanced molecular imaging and/or oncology

Expertise in market access, reimbursement, and competitive pricing strategies

Proven success in global product launches and lifecycle management

Strong understanding of PET/SPECT technologies and radiopharmaceutical distribution networks

Exceptional communication skills and a creative approach to branding and positioning
