Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain business applications and systems such as IT Systems and AI tools , SaaS Platforms, HRIS, ITSM, and financial systems
Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
Manage user provisioning, permissions, access controls, and security configurations
Implement system upgrades, patches, and integrations across business platforms
Analyze business needs and design technical solutions that streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Build, test, and deploy enhancements, customizations, and automation using APIs, low-code/no-code tools, or scripts
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems and integrations
Create and maintain dashboards, workflows, and reporting solutions for business stakeholders
Support data migrations, imports/exports, and cross-system synchronization
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Lead small to medium-size projects related to system implementation, optimization, or consolidation
Document processes, system configurations, and operational procedures
Maintain system security standards, policies, and audit requirements
Assist in compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, etc.) as they relate to business applications
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Experience administering and supporting enterprise business systems
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, SSO/SAML, AI tools and identity management
Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, Power Automate, or similar)
Proficiency with SQL, APIs, or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with AI tools, API, Scripting, Python, SSO-OKTA, ERP, CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), Workday, ITSM toolset
Background in system implementation or cross-functional project leadership
Knowledge of data governance, reporting tools, or BI platforms
