Responsibilities
Lead and develop high-performing data teams while also serving as a key voice in defining the overall data and analytics strategy
Partnering closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Operations, you will help translate business priorities into scalable, trusted data solutions
Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, and Business Units to deliver data and analytics solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes
Set and influence the Data & Analytics strategy in alignment with Ramsey priorities, ensuring clarity, focus, and leader commitment
Establish consistent approaches to metrics, reporting, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive modeling to support decision-making at all levels
Lead, coach, and develop Data & Analytics leaders and teams, setting clear priorities, expectations, and growth paths
Oversee the delivery of trusted data products that surface referral and applicant quality and enable teams to understand and improve quality drivers
Ensure analytics products (e.g., Tableau, Streamlit) are reliable, widely adopted, and used by leaders to inform decisions
Guide the design and maintenance of scalable data platforms, including data warehouses, models, and pipelines
Ensure strong data quality and governance through data contracts, source validation, and proactive monitoring
Equip Trusted Data & Analytics teams to build and operationalize predictive models and advanced analytics solutions
Establish shared expectations for best practices and foster a culture of accountability, proactive discovery, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
9+ years of experience in data, analytics, analytics engineering, or related roles with increasing scope and responsibility
Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading analytics or data teams, including experience leading managers or team leads
Experience setting and executing data and analytics strategy aligned to business priorities
Strong technical depth in SQL and Python and a deep understanding of modern data architectures, without needing to be hands-on daily
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, custom analytics applications)
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience designing and scaling data warehouses, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines
Experience establishing data quality standards, governance practices, and source-of-truth reporting
Ability to clearly communicate with and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders
Experience operating at high levels of business strategy and execution, using data to influence priorities and decisions
