HRIS Support Specialist
MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional HRIS Support Specialist to join their Training team. The ideal candidate will oversee and maintain the HRIS function, manage system permissions, and collaborate with leadership to optimize processes and improve system integrity.

Responsibilities
Oversees and maintains function of the HRIS and some downstream systems, including system administration, configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades
Manages system permissions, user access, and settings to ensure security and proper system operation
Configures system changes, including workflows, business rules, module settings, and user roles. Researches and troubleshoots system issues, collaborates with third-party support, and recommends enhancements
Oversees the daily administration and manages internal and external support tickets to ensure timely resolution
Conducts data validation, audits, and testing to ensure system integrity
Collaborates with leadership and operations to identify system improvements and process optimization opportunities
Maintains functional knowledge of processes and system integrations across onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, and other areas
Evaluates the impact of system changes on end users and provides recommendations for optimization
Creates reports and compiles and analyzes data reports and summaries
Ensures system compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization
Strong documentation and written communication skills including system support guides and support ticket documentation
Strong team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Strong commitment to handling sensitive and HR payroll data with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
Adherence to ethical standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and best practices
Ability to maintain integrity when working with systems and system access controls
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or a related field. A combination of education and relevant work experience will also be considered
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding. Administrator experience with other HRIS platforms will also be considered
