Responsibilities
Support execution of GFT’s Transit & Rail growth strategy
Assist with go-to-market planning, pursuit strategy, and win themes
Position GFT as a trusted advisor to public agencies
Develop internal tools and best practices
Participate in client presentations and industry events
Serve as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
Manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and risk
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants
Implement QA/QC procedures
Lead meetings and manage client communications
Maintain strong relationships with transit agencies
Support executive-level coordination
Translate technical information for diverse audiences
Mentor project managers and staff
Support staff development
Promote a collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years of transit or rail experience
Project management experience
Strong communication skills
Preferred
FTA-funded project experience
Business development experience
PMP certification
