Responsibilities

Educate and inform end-users of safe and effective use of products across multiple portfolios
Provide professional clinical support to customers in a hospital/operating room environment calling on physicians, nurses, and other non-clinical providers, through education and training
Collaborate with our client’s field sales organization
Collaborate with sales teams to build clinical credibility and peer rapport with customers
Develop effective working relationships with the customers in your territory
Provide analytics as well deploying resources to non-clinical stakeholders
Focus on in-servicing, education and analytics

Qualification

Required

Ability to manage an assigned territory
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, action oriented, driven for results, adaptability
Ability to apply technical/scientific knowledge
Must set high goals and standards of performance, be a self-starter, be able to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong MS Office, Word, Excel skills
Ability to promote the client's Medtech team's culture through positive, ongoing customer relationships
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, both clinical and non-clinical, and within the client's Medtech team
Ability to work both as a partner with sales representative and autonomously, as needed
Ability to display decisiveness and an understanding of business acumen in clinical situations
Must be highly organized and possess strong communication skills

Preferred

4-year degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in MedTech, Pharmaceutical Sales or B2B Sales
