Responsibilities

Design and develop instructional materials including presentations, eLearning modules, job aids, and other learning resources
Collaborate with stakeholders and team members on learning initiatives to understand and respond to business needs
Apply basic adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create engaging learning experiences
Support Needs Assessment processes to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improvement, setting clear performance-based objectives and measures
Assist in creating, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions
Develop learning assets in a variety of formats, including but not limited to Instructor Led Training (ILT/vILT), eLearning, job aids, and video
Develop learning experiences using a systemic design process (ADDIE/SAM) that supports continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement
Facilitate (as necessary) development programs to Team Members using adult learning principles and a blended learning approach

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required
1-year corporate training, human resources, learning & development, talent management, or related experience required
1-year of experience using eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable platforms is required
Basic understanding of instructional design for different modalities (e.g., ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended)
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and development
Familiarity with content authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to fast-paced settings
Willingness to learn and grow in instructional design and development practices
Computer competency and ability to work with a computer
Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis
Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis
Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills
Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions
Take constructive feedback

Preferred

1-year experience with financial products/services in a call-center environment is preferred
Basic graphic design skills - familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator is a plus
