Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize market-making strategies across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges
Monitor and adjust strategies to react to changing market conditions and ensure profitability
Proficiently write and improve high-performance algorithms in Python
Create and implement high-frequency trading models based on tick-level data
Construct and refine market factors (order flow, price movement, liquidity, etc.) for high-frequency trading strategies
Design and implement backtests to validate the performance of trading strategies
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze historical data and optimize strategy parameters
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in market making within cryptocurrency or traditional financial markets
Solid experience in backtesting and optimizing trading strategies using tick-level data
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including liquidity, order book dynamics, volatility, and arbitrage opportunities
Knowledge of market microstructure and trading algorithms
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure in a competitive environment
Preferred
Bachelor degree or above in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, etc.) is preferred
Location: Remote (US-based highly preferred)
