Marketing Operations Project Specialist III
The National Bleeding Disorders Foundation (NBDF) is dedicated to finding cures for inheritable blood and bleeding disorders. As the Marketing Operations Project Specialist III, you will manage and coordinate marketing and advertising projects to support successful execution and revenue initiatives, while collaborating with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee marketing, advertising, and partnership-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists to support consistent, on-time execution across multiple initiatives
Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and proactively communicate updates or proposed solutions to maintain momentum and quality
Manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities, adjusting plans as needed to support organizational goals and campaign timelines
Ensure advertising and sponsored media commitments are executed accurately and in alignment with approved plans, supporting organizational revenue initiatives
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support timely delivery of advertising assets and placements
Support performance reporting and documentation for media initiatives as needed
Stay informed on digital advertising trends to support sponsored media offerings, contributing ideas and insights that enhance sponsor engagement over time
Serve as a central point of coordination for cross-functional marketing and communications projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment among internal teams and external partners
Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support effective collaboration and successful outcomes
Support statement of work and contract-related workflows by tracking deliverables, timelines, and approvals, and coordinating with internal teams to support payment and compliance processes
Provide hands-on operational and digital marketing support during high-volume periods to help campaigns and partnerships run smoothly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience
3–5 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, communications, or marketing operations role with a strong emphasis on project coordination or project management
Working knowledge of project management tools and systems (such as Monday.com, Hive, or similar platforms)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Experience navigating digital advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar)
Familiarity with web and email publishing tools, as well as basic graphic design or video editing tools
Demonstrated experience in communicating clearly and effectively in a fully remote work environment, collaborating with colleagues and partners through written, verbal, and virtual communication tools
Preferred
Experience supporting revenue-generating marketing or advertising initiatives through execution and coordination is a plus
