Senior Licensing & Regulatory Coordinator
Jubilant Radiopharma is advancing healthcare through innovation, and they are seeking a detail-driven Senior Licensing & Regulatory Coordinator to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local permits, licenses, and registrations. The role involves maintaining regulatory licenses, preparing filings, and managing multiple priorities to support the organization's operational goals.
Responsibilities
Works with operations and regulatory teams to maintain, update and control all regulatory licenses, permits, and registrations. Includes oversight of timely payment of all fees associated with said licenses
Develop a strong working knowledge of the business and operational goals and objectives of the assigned area; Function as a key advisor in achieving management’s business and regulatory compliance goals
Prepares filings and supports document management process; Maintains all related records relating to licenses, permits and registrations held by Jubilant Radiopharma; Prepares supplemental and supporting documents for new and existing licenses
Keeps detailed, accurate, and long-term historical records of all licensing efforts
Manage multiple priorities by completing assigned projects utilizing detailed planning, sound business analysis, and information systems support
Interact with all team members in a professional manner while retrieving and distributing information regarding all Jubilant’s licenses permits and registrations; Answer questions from management team on operating policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance and consistency
Screens requests for information and responds or refers to regulatory and operations leaders as appropriate
Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years in regulatory, compliance, or licensing roles—pharmaceutical or radiopharmacy experience preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools; SAP experience is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, customer-focused mindset
Preferred
Experience with pharmacy or radiopharmacy licensing is highly valued
