Responsibilities
Ensure that outside food and beverage is not brought onto the Bullhead Belle
Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not taken from the Bullhead Belle
Verify proper identification for alcohol consumption as per the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control, minimum age of 21
Properly place identification bracelet for guests verified to be a minimum age of 21
Maintain strong communications with Marketplace General Manager and Marketplace Assistant General Manager, Leads and co-workers
Ability to effectively communicate with groups or individuals
Display knowledge of safety rules and regulations as it relates to the Marketplace and enforces same in a fair and consistent manner and reports unsafe activity and conditions
Provide a fast and friendly guest experience
Assist with set up and tear down of tables, chairs, audio visual equipment and decorations for parties, events, meetings and other scheduled activities
Comply with and promote safe work practices
Maintain a clean, sanitized, guest ready environment
Comply with all food regulations
Monitor occupancy levels
Enforce rules and regulations as it pertains to Marketplace
Follows procedures for proper opening and closing of Bullhead Belle
Represent the City of Bullhead City by always maintaining a positive professional and effective working relationship by providing exceptional customer service
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years of related professional experience
Valid Arizona State Driver's License
Food handler's card as provided through Mohave County Public Health, Environment Health Division, ANSI-accredited food handler certificate/card or a current food handler card issued by a County within Arizona
Alcohol sell/server permit as provided through the Basic: Title 4 Alcohol Certification for Individuals On-premises certification as approved by the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control
Minimum age requirement of 19 years of age or older
Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to effectively communicate with groups or individuals
Knowledge of safety rules and regulations as it relates to the Marketplace
Ability to maintain strong communications with Marketplace General Manager and Marketplace Assistant General Manager, Leads and co-workers
Ability to provide a fast and friendly guest experience

Physical ability to handle and feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms
Physical ability to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, walk sit and talk or hear

Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
Ability to hear sirens and whistles, hold conversation with others by telephone, in person, and over radio equipment
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extremely hot weather
