Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and intuitive Power BI dashboards, datasets, and data models supporting Sales, Marketing, and Market Intelligence
Establish and enforce Power BI development standards, including semantic modeling, DAX optimization, data governance, and security best practices
Build and maintain Sales Compensation dashboards, ensuring accurate tracking of quota, attainment, incentive payouts, ranking, and plan performance
Develop territory, pipeline, activity, and customer-level dashboards for Field Sales and Sales Operations
Partner with Sales Ops and Compensation teams to model scenarios and enable real-time visibility into performance drivers
Deliver executive-ready dashboards and KPI scorecards that support strategic planning, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly business reviews
Translate financial and operational metrics into clear visual narratives for senior stakeholders
Create dashboards for campaign ROI, digital marketing analytics, lead progression, channel performance, and customer engagement
Integrate data across CRM, marketing automation, and customer platforms to deliver unified visibility
Build dashboards analyzing pricing trends and customer/product profitability
Own the sourcing and data architecture of external market data and bridge with internal data
Build dashboards analyzing competitive benchmarks and market performance
Partner with Market Intelligence teams to automate recurring insights, enabling a deeper understanding of customer segments and product performance
Lead ETL/ELT workflows using Power Query, SQL, and cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
Optimize dashboards for performance, load time, reliability, and user adoption
Serve as the primary liaison to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Market Intelligence stakeholders
Distill complex data sets into actionable insights tailored to technical and non-technical audiences
Mentor junior analysts or developers and foster a high-performance analytics culture
Stay current with advancements in Power BI, AI/ML/visualization features, and recommend adoption of new capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data/Information Systems, Analytics, Economics, Finance or related field
6+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including advanced DAX, data modeling, custom visuals, and enterprise datasets
Demonstrated experience building reporting for Sales Compensation, Field Sales performance, and/or Sales Operations
Strong expertise in pricing, customer profitability, and product profitability analytics
Advanced SQL skills, including experience working with large and complex data sets
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT development, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Proven ability to lead reporting initiatives end-to-end — requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Deep understanding of visualization best practices, UX design for dashboards, and KPI framework creation
Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to executive leadership
Preferred
Experience in pricing, customer, and product profitability analysis
Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Market Intelligence teams
Power BI certification
Experience with AI/ML integration
