Responsibilities
Build the employer partnership engine for one of the most ambitious learning portfolios in the country
Lead employer and workforce partnerships for ASU’s Learning Enterprise (non-degree and stackable credential programs)
Build the go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing team, and drive accelerated revenue growth by partnering with enterprise employers, workforce agencies, and industry associations
Qualification
Required
9+ years relevant experience, including 5+ years leading teams (or equivalent)
Proven track record driving multi-million-dollar growth through employer/workforce partnerships
Experience selling to enterprise organizations (500+ employees) across corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors
Success negotiating 6–7 figure agreements and navigating procurement/compliance
Strong value-based / ABM selling skills (MEDDICC or similar)
Ability to lead the full partner lifecycle: new business → solution design → adoption → renewals/expansion
Comfort partnering cross-functionally (marketing, product/tech, operations, academic stakeholders)
Preferred
Advanced CRM fluency (HubSpot preferred)
